Job Description - Client Service Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team at WEC Energy Group in San Jose, California. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining positive relationships. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and concerns. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 2. Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and objectives. 3. Communicate with clients to understand their goals and provide solutions. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly. 6. Prepare reports and presentations for clients on a regular basis. 7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to clients. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. 9. Attend networking events to promote the company's services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 6. Reliable and trustworthy. 7. Proven leadership skills. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 9. Experience working in the energy industry is a plus.
