Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Erie Insurance Group is seeking a talented Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in New York City, NY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client service management. The ideal candidate will be motivated and resilient, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote client retention and satisfaction. - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience. - Track and report key performance metrics to measure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
