Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. This role requires a highly adaptable and driven individual with a knack for problem-solving and creativity.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to make informed decisions on how to improve our offerings - Handle any client escalations or issues in a professional and timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in client services or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset - Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
