Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Laboratory Corp. of America is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in client service management. The ideal candidate will be driven and resilient, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships remotely, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded - Handle client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities - Develop and execute strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Monitor client accounts to ensure accurate billing and timely payments - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client account status - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service management - Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Availability to work part-time hours as needed
