Job Description - Client Service Manager

Exelon is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client services or related fields.


As a Client Service Manager at Exelon, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention and growth opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include:


- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact - Understanding clients' needs and proactively addressing them to ensure their satisfaction - Developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow client accounts - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients - Monitoring client performance metrics and providing regular updates to stakeholders - Resolving client issues and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner - Conducting regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
