Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team at Aramark in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, resourceful, and have excellent communication and project management skills. As a Remote Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients from a distance, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and other virtual communication channels. 2. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Coordinate with other team members to ensure client requests are handled efficiently and effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Update client information in the company database. 6. Collaborate with internal departments to improve overall client satisfaction. 7. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their requests or projects. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and virtual communication tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 7. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks accordingly.
