Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Affirm is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Officer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be independent, energetic, possess excellent research and problem-solving skills, and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients to provide assistance and address any inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Perform research to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests. 4. Maintain client records and update relevant information in the system. 5. Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies to improve overall client satisfaction. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a client service or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong research and problem-solving skills. 5. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
