Job Description - Client Service Officer

Job Description:


Cruise Automation is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on products and services - Maintain accurate client records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist with creating reports and presentations for client meetings - Participate in team meetings and contribute to team projects - Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution - Handle client complaints and escalate as needed - Stay informed on product updates and communicate changes to clients


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong research and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Associate degree or higher in a related field
