Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Client Service Officer to join our team at Kellogg in Houston, Texas. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Building and maintaining strong client relationships 2. Providing excellent customer service to clients 3. Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner 4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met 5. Identifying opportunities for upselling products or services to existing clients 6. Creating and maintaining client accounts in our database 7. Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a client service or customer service role 2. Strong communication and persuasion skills 3. Motivated and hardworking individual 4. Ability to work well in a team environment 5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
