Client Service Officer

Job Description:

As a Client Service Officer at Alcoa in Austin, Texas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate for this position should be motivated and dedicated, with a passion for innovation and research.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. 2. Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 4. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition. 5. Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty. 6. Prepare reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels. 7. Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus. 7. Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred.
