Job Description - Client Service Representative

Job Description:


As a Client Service Representative at Kabbage in Los Angeles, California, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and online chat. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. This position is part-time and entry level, making it perfect for individuals who are looking to gain experience in client services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist clients with account management tasks such as updating information and processing transactions - Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Provide information about Kabbage products and services to clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company database - Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention rates


Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards clients - Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with clients - Innovative mindset to identify and implement solutions to client issues - No previous experience required - Must be able to work in Los Angeles, California - Ability to work part-time hours
