Client Service Representative

New York Life Insurance is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their insurance needs. This role is at the Associate Level, and we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with relevant information. - Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims efficiently and accurately. - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and growth. - Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends to better serve clients.

Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable individual with a positive attitude. - Strong people management and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
