Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Instacart is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Service Representative to join our team in San Jose, California. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and supporting the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded - Work closely with the operations team to coordinate and execute seamless deliveries - Maintain accurate customer records and update client information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for delivering exceptional customer service - Contribute to the overall success of the company by meeting and exceeding performance goals and targets

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients to provide personalized support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds - Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service - Resilient attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Must be located in San Jose, California or willing to relocate - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Profit sharing opportunities - Paid sick leave benefits
