Job Description - Client Service Representative

Job Description:


JUUL Labs is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide necessary support and solutions. 4. Utilize critical thinking and creativity to develop innovative strategies to enhance the client experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Assist clients with product information, ordering, and delivery processes. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 8. Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and meet client needs. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
