Job Description - Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


Peabody Energy, a leading coal company based in Seattle, Washington, is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client service and possess a confident and driven personality.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service and recommendations - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to attract new clients - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Planning and organizational skills
