Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Marriott International is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires at least 2 years of experience in client services.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and online chat - Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with booking reservations, making changes to existing bookings, and providing information about Marriott International properties - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Conduct presentations to educate clients on new promotions and offerings - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database - Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with strong communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Previous experience in a client service role preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Excellent presentation skills - Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
