Job Description:
United Rentals is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Client Service Specialist in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 4. Coordinate with various departments to address client needs and concerns. 5. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client accounts. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to better assist clients.
Requirements: 1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
