Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Mastercard is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Client Support Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex client issues - Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to clients - Maintain client records and update databases as needed - Assist with training and onboarding for new clients - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and willing to learn new skills - Driven to provide excellent customer service - No prior experience required
