Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


General Mills is seeking a motivated and hardworking Client Support Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and in-person. 2. Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to solve client problems and provide solutions. 4. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services. 5. Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis for client meetings. 6. Coordinate and schedule client appointments and meetings. 7. Provide administrative support to the client services team as needed.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a client support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 7. Presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
