Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job description:


Estee Lauder is seeking a talented and hardworking individual to join our team as a Client Support Assistant in our Chicago, Illinois office. As a Client Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities:


- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and in-person - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Provide product recommendations and assist with product inquiries - Coordinate shipping and delivery of products to clients - Assist with inventory management and restocking of products - Assist with processing client orders and payments - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and organizing client information


Requirements:


- 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
