Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Amazon is seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a part-time position at the entry level, perfect for individuals who are energetic, adaptable, and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment - Must be located in Columbus, Ohio and have the flexibility to work remotely - Must be able to work part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends
