Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Work from home

As a Client Support Assistant at Peabody Energy, you will have the opportunity to work from home in Chicago, Illinois, USA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, dedicated, and possess strong planning and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions - Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Perform other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer applications and software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
