Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Centene is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate based in San Antonio, Texas, US. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients regarding product inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions - Assist in the development of training materials and resources for clients - Continuously update knowledge of products and services to better assist clients - Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 4+ years of experience in client support or customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience with remote support tools and technologies - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs - Must be able to work part-time hours
