Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


Lowe’s is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Client Support Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This part-time position is suitable for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing relevant product recommendations. - Assist clients with product selection, ordering, and delivery information. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Maintain accurate client records and update customer information in the database. - Provide feedback to management on client trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong adaptability and energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent strategic planning and attention to detail skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
