Peabody Energy, a leading global energy company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.
As a Client Support Associate at Peabody Energy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and collaborating with other team members to improve overall client experience.
Key responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Identify and resolve client issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist clients - Assist with customer onboarding and training programs
Requirements: - Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills - Strong decision-making abilities and leadership qualities - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
