Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time position at the Associate Level, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the client support team. 6. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating a strong commitment to quality service.
