Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database. 5. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate individual with a strong desire to help clients succeed. 2. Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
