Client Support Associate

Job Description:

NVIDIA is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client support and possess the ability to adapt quickly to change while consistently providing reliable service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Analyze client feedback and provide suggestions for improving the overall client experience - Cooperate with team members to ensure a seamless client support process

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - At least 3 years of experience in client support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills - Cooperates well with team members to achieve common goals - Adaptable and reliable
