Job Description:
Devon Energy is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work remotely from your home in Houston, Texas, providing support to our clients. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with any questions or issues they may have regarding our products or services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist clients - Meet and exceed client satisfaction goals - Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a timely manner - Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
Requirements: - Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer support - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to adapt to changing situations and think on your feet - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
