Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at SpaceX in New York City, New York. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products or services to clients - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and acquisition - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client feedback, sales trends, and performance metrics - Manage and resolve any client issues or disputes in a positive and effective manner - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in client support to provide innovative solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field - Proven track record of 8+ years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and adaptable to changing client needs and market demands - Creative problem-solving abilities and a cooperative attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
