Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Realogy Holdings is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support solutions - Conduct regular check-ins and communication with clients to address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and escalations - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Provide training and guidance to clients on using our products or services effectively - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements


Requirements: - Reliable and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Exceptional attention to detail and strong people management skills - Proven experience in client support or account management roles - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
