Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description: DraftKings, a leading sports entertainment and gaming company, is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our valued clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall client experience - Develop and implement client support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor client feedback and provide insights to drive continuous improvement - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Train and mentor junior client support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 7+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Dedication to providing exceptional client service - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and planning skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
