Job Description:
As a Client Support Manager at Nuro, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients in the Jacksonville, Florida area. You will oversee a team of client support representatives and ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients while also driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of client support representatives and oversee their day-to-day activities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization - Develop and implement client support policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency - Prepare and present reports on client support activities, including key performance metrics and trends - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously improve service quality
Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or related field - Confident and motivated personality with strong leadership skills - Excellent communication and cooperation skills - Proven track record of driving revenue growth through client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
