Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team at Amgen in San Jose, California. As the Remote Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience - Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support throughout their lifecycle - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Lead client support projects, ensuring timely and successful execution - Provide training and guidance to junior team members in client support best practices


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Resourceful and resilient attitude, able to navigate challenging situations with ease - Strong teamwork and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and driving customer satisfaction - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
