Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


AECOM is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Entry Level Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting in ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to provide support and assistance. 2. Assist clients with account management, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth client support operations. 5. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback to the management team. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients. 7. Assist with any other duties or projects assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for helping others. 3. Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
