Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Lowe’s is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, possess emotional intelligence, and excel at problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for client support

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High level of emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
