Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a passionate and independent Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Houston, Texas. As part of our entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and general inquiries. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously improve knowledge of insurance products and services to better assist clients.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Strong teamwork and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
