Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess the personality traits of independence and resilience. The ideal candidate will also have strong soft skills in persuasion and communication.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with client onboarding and account management processes - Work closely with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending solutions - Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and improve overall service delivery - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with accurate information and guidance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1+ years of experience in customer service or client support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Experience using CRM software is a plus
