Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Time Warner Cable is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Client Support Officer in Houston, Texas. As an Entry Level position, the Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Providing customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Keeping accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Persuasive and able to effectively communicate with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
