Job Description:


Ameren is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in Seattle, Washington. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and account management. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns in a timely manner. 5. Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent escalations. 6. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of products and services. 7. Contribute to a positive team environment by fostering communication and collaboration.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using various software and tools for client support. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
