MetLife is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis working from home in Chicago, Illinois, US. As an Associate-level team member with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Managing client inquiries through various communication channels such as email, phone calls, and live chat. 2. Addressing client concerns and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assisting clients with account management, billing inquiries, and policy information. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex client issues. 5. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
