Job Description - Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job description:


The Hartford Financial Services Group is seeking a Client Support Officer to work from home in Houston, Texas, on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are reliable and resilient, with strong negotiation and innovation skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide client support via phone, email, and online chat - Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve services - Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a quiet home office environment to work from - Access to a reliable internet connection - Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
