Client Support Representative

Job Description: Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and a reliable, confident individual with a creative and cooperative mindset. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients - Documenting all client interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues - Representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed - Injecting a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Reliable and confident with excellent communication skills - Creative problem-solving skills and a cooperative attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
