Client Support Representative

We are seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team at WestRock in San Diego, California. This is a part-time position at the entry level with one year of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer support and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time - Use emotional intelligence to understand client needs and provide personalized solutions - Utilize project management skills to effectively juggle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines - Work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions to client challenges

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Demonstrated project management skills - Independent and resourceful in problem-solving - A willingness to take on new challenges and explore innovative solutions - Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
