Alorica is currently seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are energetic, hardworking, and have a strong sense of cooperation and emotional intelligence.

As a Remote Client Support Representative, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. You will address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of client interactions and communicate effectively with internal teams to provide seamless support.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented - Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
