Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Owens Corning, a leading building materials manufacturer, is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for resilient and energetic individuals with excellent presentation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Assist in resolving any client issues or escalations, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients - Contribute to the overall success of the team by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Excellent presentation and teamwork skills
