Job Description - Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description: Aetna, a leading health insurance company, is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. As a Remote Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policies - Provide accurate information and guidance on insurance products and services - Assist clients with claim inquiries, billing issues, and general policy information - Document all interactions with clients in the company database - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Adhere to company policies and procedures for handling client inquiries and escalations


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Reliable and hardworking personality traits - Strong planning and organization skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using computer systems and databases - High school diploma or equivalent
