Job Description:
Terex, a leading industrial equipment manufacturing company, is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and support.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients - Process orders and manage returns and exchanges - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs - Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and punctual - Strong attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
