Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Rite Aid is seeking a confident and resourceful Client Support Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Document all client interactions and follow up as needed 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to best assist clients


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills 3. Adaptability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required


Personality Traits: 1. Confidence in interacting with clients and colleagues 2. Resourcefulness in finding solutions to client issues
