Job Description:
As a Client Support Representative at HP in Jacksonville, Florida, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients. This position is part-time and suitable for entry-level candidates with no prior experience. The ideal candidate will be resilient and resourceful, with strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with technical issues related to HP products and services - Documenting client interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system - Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Conducting follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
